Budgam, Dec 17 (KNS): Anjuman Shari Shian president and senior separatist leader Aga Syed Hasan Almosvi Alsafvi led a milad procession in wake of ‘Hafta-e-Wehdat’ to mark the birth anniversaries of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) and Imam Sadaq (AS). The procession appeared from Babul Alam Mirgund and culminated at Imam Bara Budgam. Students, scholars, religious clerics and people from different sections of society participated in the procession.
The ‘Jashan-e-Milad procession was addressed by different religious scholars. Aga Hasan in his address said that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was honest, upright, sincere, benevolent and a man of highest degree of character. He said that when Arabs lived in Dark Age, Muhamamd (PBUH) showed them light. “He is the Prophet of humanity who taught us the means of living. If we follow His teaching success will surely hug us we will get over all the hurdles that we come across in the world,” he said.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel“The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was a perfect example of an honest, just, merciful, compassionate, truthful, and brave human being. Though he was a man, he was far removed from all evil characteristics and strove solely for the sake of God and His reward in the Hereafter. Moreover, in all his actions and dealings, he was ever mindful and fearful of God.”
Throwing light on the teachings and life of Imam Sadaq (AS), Aga Syed Hasan Almosvi Alsafvi said that he was a great character and personality who advocated truth and spread the message of love. “He stressed upon the unity that is the need of the hour. Muslims should not indulge in confrontations on sectarian basis. Such acts only prove counterproductive,” he said. (KNS)
