Budgam, Sep 10 (KNS): Shia Muslims celebrated Eid-e-Ghadeer to commemorate the declaration of wilayat (guardianship and leadership) of Imam Hazrat Ali (AS) as his successor by Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH).
Anjuman Shari Shian headed by its president Aga Syed Hasan Almosvi Alsafvi organized a conference at Imambara Budgam that was attended by a large number of students from Bab-ul-Alam.
Many religious scholars including Syed Muhammad Hussain, Syed Arshid Mosvi and Syed Muhammad Safvi highlighted the salient features of Ghadeer declaration.

He highlighted the importance of the occasion and urged upon the faithful to follow the real path of Islam.
Aga Syed Hasan while expressing the anguish over the plight of Rohingya Muslims urged upon the Muslim countries to forward for their help. (KNS)
