Srinagar, Aug 06 (KNS): The Hurriyat Conference (G) leader and president Anjuman Shari Shian Aga Syed Hasan Almosvi Alsafvi has expressed outrage over the killings of innocent civilians in Chadoora, Khansahab and Wagoora Sopore terming it highly condemnable.
In a statement issued to KNS, Aga Syed Hasan said, “There is a civil government in name only, the real authority and powers are vested with troops who perpetrate worst type of human rights violations to muzzle the peoples’ voice and suppress the ongoing resistance movement.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelThere is virtually martial law in force in Jammu Kashmir. Civil administration has very limited role. They are inducted only to provide a cover to the misdeeds and inhuman acts of troops and hoodwink the world community.”
He said people are living on the mercy of troops not only in far flung and border areas but also Srinagar city where army, according to him was playing a proactive role instead of police. (KNS)
