Srinagar, Nov 04 (KNS): Chairman PDF and MLA Khansahib Hakeem Yaseen has targetted Governor administration for its failure to restore essential service in the wake of untimely snow fall in various areas of the state. "It was so disgusting that just 3 inches of snow has played havoc with the essential services including drinking water, power supply and road connectivity that too in the cities, one can apprehend the miserable conditions people shall have to face in the harsh winter months, given the inertia of Governor administration to deal with the situation," Hakeem Yaseen observed.
He said people of the kashmir valley especially the students who arebtaking their annual exams, are reeling under total darkness even as drinking water supply has also remained off due to non availability of electric supply to various PHE schemes and Filtration plants.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
Colossal damage caused to orchards and apple crop due to unexpected and untimely snow fall has made the plight of farmers and fruit traders more pathetic as the fruit harvesting was going on in its full and fruits worth crore of Rupees have fallen and wasted . He said snow fall has also caused enormous breakage to the  fruit bearing trees, the recurring loss which has broken backbone of the farmer.
Hakeem Yaseen has asked the Governor administration to rise to the occasion to help worst hit orchardists and fruit traders due this natural calamity.
He has demanded ex gratia relief to the panic stricken farmers out of center and state disaster relief fund SDRF for their survival during the ensuing winter. (KNS)
