Council expresses happiness over well being of Shujat Bukhari

 Srinagar, Mar 6 (KNS): Adbi Markaz Kamraz will in near future extend the series of its extension lectures to the North Kashmir so that younger generation can be acquainted with their mother language Kashmiri.
This was decided in the monthly meeting of its executive council which was held today here.
The meeting was presided over by AMK president Dr Syed Shujat Bukhari and was attended by all the members including Sr. Vice President Atiqa Bano, Vice President Farooq Rafiabadai, Gen Secretary Mohammad Amin Bhat, Secretary G,N,Shakir, Editorial Board head Ab Ahad Hajni, senior member Dr Mashal Sultanpori, A.K.Shamas, Irshad Shah, Shabnam Tilgami, Akhter Mansoor,Hassan Azhar, Majeed Majazi and Maqbool Ferozi.
The council expressed happiness and satisfaction over the well being of Dr Syed Shujat Bukhari from illness and prayed for his speedy recovery.
It was decided in the meeting that during the current month, the circle of extension lecture series will be widened to North Kashmir and 4th lecture of the series will be delivered in a prominent school of Baramulla District.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
It was also decided that the general council meeting will be held in near future in order to deliberate upon various issues regarding promotion of Kashmiri language and to discuss the organizational issues with special focus on the future course of action.
The council was informed about the progress made in the publication of “PRAVE” which shall be a quarterly routine from this year. The continuous absence of the media secretary was seriously felt during the meeting and it was decided that young journalist Adil Ismail shall take the charge of short-term Media secretary.
He was also included in the editorial board of the Markaz. Dr Shujat Bukhari thanked the members for their good wishes and said that it was due to the good wishes that he is again among them. Dr Bukhari asked the units to continue their tireless efforts for the promotion and propagation of mother language in and outside the valley. (KNS)
