HANDWARA, FEBRUARY 28:(KNS) The Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Handwara, Nazir Ahmad Mir today convened a meeting of concerned officers to review the preparedness for opening of schools in Handwara sub division.
Addressing the meeting, the ADC asked all the Principals to ensure attendance of Children in the schools with adherence to Covid SOPs. He directed them to ensure vaccination of 15-17 year age group children before allowing them in schools.
The ADC stressed the need for conducting of recreational and sports activities in educational institutions for the children so that they will come out of anxiety and stress of home staying.
Dy. CEO Handwara, ASP Handwara, Tehsildars of Handwara and Langate, besides, Principals of different Higher Secondary schools and other concerned attended the meeting.(KNS)
