Action against corruption by LG admin raises hope among aspiring youth of JK : Imran Shah

Srinagar, August 7 (KNS): Hailing the LG administration for actio against corruption and nepotism, Senior Socio Political Leader Imran Amin Shah has said that the age old menace of corruption can't be curbed in a single way but needs long effort and dedication which has been started by LG administration by establishment of Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) in J&K,

According to the statement issued to Kashmir News Service KNS, Shah said this whole interacting with the delegations of Hazrathbal, Shirpora, Deva Colony, donipawa, Khandiphari, Brakpora, yasus Teilwani, kanganhal, Magrepora, Kawarigam and Bulbul nowgam, who appraised him about their genuine grievances today here in Khanabal Anantnag.

He said that JK was figuring among top in corrupt states and it is worth praising that the present pace of work done by Anti corruption bureau (ACB) has raised hope and faith among educated youth of J&K to get due share in employment with fairness and transparency.
While as during past despite coming on streets against corruption and nepotism in many recruitments like JK Bank, Sports Council, Police telecom and Fire & Emergency and even SSRB, etc nothing concrete was done by previous regimes and only hollow and cosmetic promises of fair probe was announced but with no results which resulted in share frustration and despire among educated lot.

Imran said that the cancellation of JKPSI recruitment by SSB and thorough probe by ACB is worth appreciating and present action has lost appetite of those people who were hand in glow in devastating future of educated lot in J&K.
The assurance of transparency and fairness in recruitment process by LG has raised hope and confidence among people of J&K, he said.
It is first time that Class IV recruitment has given an ample opportunity to all deserving having no political backing or any other illegal source and has been welcomed by all as among the selected most of persons even were not expecting their names in the list due to past peace of nepotism, Shah added.
Shah urged LG administration to ensure sustainable transparency and fastrack recruitment process at all to provide opportunity to those candidates as well who are nearer to upper age limit.

Shah on this occasion highlighted the public grievances and urged for immediate redressal.
He urged that already sanctioned, Water Supply Scheme Teilwani, and Reshi Mohalla Khandipahari Anantnag Water Supply Scheme need to be executed at the earliest and action taken against those who are involved in its deliberate delay so that people of the area are benefited duly.
He also demanded for macademisation and development of roads including widening of Anchidoda to Anzvola Anantnag Road, Anantnag Dialgam Verinag Road, (ADV) Peth Dialgam Sechen road also.

On this occasion many other leaders including Fayaz Ahmad Tarray, M Shafi, Imtiyaz Ahmed, Showkat Ahmed, Wasim Rather were present. (KNS)
