Srinagar, Apr 12 (KNS): Jammu Kashmir Freedom Party (JKDFP) has paid tributes to unarmed civilians who were mercilessly shoot and killed by the men in uniform at Khudwani Kulgam on Wednesday.
According to the statement issued to KNS, a party delegation led by Engineer Farooq Khan went to south Kashmir and exhibited solidarity with the bereaved families especially with the parents of the deceased.
Sarjeel Ahmad Sheikh of Khudwani , Bilal Ahmad Tantray of Frisal, Faisal Ellahi of Melhoora Shopian and Aijaz Ahmad Pala of Bijbehara were killed in ‘cold blood by the men in uniform’ when they tried to raise their voice against the force’s atrocities in the garb of search operation.
The JKDFP delegation hailed the courage and velour of the people of district Kulgam particularly Khudwani for displaying their political will and wish candidly.
“The people of Kulgam have time and again showed that Indian atrocities cannot stop them from taking forward the mission of martyrs. It is the firm determination and steadfastness of the people which is keeping the freedom movement going on and on and it is the precious blood of our great martyrs which has kept the torch of resistance burning even in toughest times,” the statement said.
It added that “the way Kashmiris are being pushed to the wall through merciless spree of brutal killings it is our utmost responsibility to remain steadfast and raise our voices more forcefully.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel”
“India and its local collaborators can go to any extent to kill and crush the freedom sentiment of the people of Jammu Kashmir however their every effort will fail as in past. The only way to win the hearts and minds of the people of Kashmir is to accept their long pending demand of plebiscite so that they can determine their political future in a free and fair atmosphere,” DFP said.
Meanwhile, cousin brother of incarcerated Shabir Ashamed Shah passed away today.
Jammu Kashmir Freedom Party (JKDFP) has condoled the demise of cousin brother of Shabir Ahmad Shah.
Jalil Ahmad Haqani, son of Saiful din Haqani, resident of Ashajipora Anantnag (Islamabad) passed away some days back.
The Secretary General JKDFP Moulana Mohammad Abdullah Tari while condoling the passing away of Jalil Haqani said that deceased was a noble soul with a vision. Moulana Tari prayed for the forgiveness of the deceased and patience of the bereaved.
He said that the continuous incarceration of Shabir Shah is also badly affecting his close relatives because badly miss his company at testing times. (KNS)
