Srinagar, Feb 07 (KNS): Awami Ithed Party (AIP) on Friday while c strongly condemning the abolition of J&K cadre for civil services and removing relaxation in age bar for Kashmiris, AIP termed it another deplorable move to disenfranchise Kashmiris. Pointing out the cases of abrogation of articles 35-A and 370 which are already before India's top court ,Awami Itehad Party reminded Modi Government that one just decision by the top court can reverse all the vicious steps taken by BJP to dis-empower Kashmiris.
In a statement issued to KNS , Moreover the move is also contrary to the stated stand of present day Government, which time and again has ensured Kashmiris of providing safeguards in education and employment. But inspite of coming out with a detailed policy regarding same, those occupying chairs of power in New Delhi continue with their misadventures in Kashmir.

Relaxation for Kashmiris were only to compensate for the irreparable professional damage caused by decades of turmoil. Also comparing avenues and resources available to Kashmiris with rest of India is simply outlandish. Abolition of JK cadre would lead to radical decrease in number of Kashmiris working at Government offices which is simply unacceptable, party Spokesperson Sheeban Ashai said in a statement. (KNS).
