Dukhtaran e Millat President Syedah Aasiyeh Andrabi while expressing her concern over the Indian strategy to change the demography of Jammu Kashmir, has asked the leadership not to rely on Hartal’s and devise an effective counter strategy.
She has appealed the people to express solidarity, with the families of the Hizb trio and a civilian martyred recently, by reaching their homes tomorrow.
In a statement to KNS, a Dukhtaran e Millat spokesperson quoted Syedah Aasiyeh Andrabi, who has been put to house arrest since yesterday, “four more sons of the soil were killed, we observed one more Hartal and life returned to normal, we should understand that a Hartal is a compulsion and a way to register protest but it can neither be an appropriate reaction nor can we achieve our goal of freedom by strikes only”. She said that India was busy experiencing different starategies to change the culture and demography of Jammu Kashmir but opperessed nation is not able to counter effectively and that is a matter of concern.
She said “Kashmir issue is reemerging as an international dispute and India has got a message that she will have to shun the rigidness one day and hold a plebiscite but she wants to change the demography before the day comes”.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
Expressing grief over the killings at the hands of Indian occupational forces she said that the killings continue and we are not able to stop India and that is painful. She appealed the leadership and suggested a 3 days work shop wherein people, who practically matter, join heads to devise an effective strategy and put a solid program before the nation. “Off late we have been doing a reactive politics but the fact of the matter is that this way we cannot reach anywhere, let’s devise an effective and offensive strategy to end the Indian occupation” she said and hoped that the nation will follow any solid and effective program over vehemently inshaa Allah.
Dukhtaran e Millat President paid glowing tributes to those martyred recently in north Kashmir and appealed the people to reach to their families tomorrow and show soldiery with them. She said that the families of all the martyrs should rest assured that the whole nation is with them and the sacrifices their loved ones have made will bear fruits surely inshaa Allah and she regretted not to go there as she is house arrest since last two days.
