Srinagar, May 13 (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir Awami Action Committee (AAC) has paid rich tributes to Khwaja Abdul Salaam Dalaal, a close associate and comrade of the founding chairman of Muslim Conference, Moulana Muhammad Yousuf Shah Sahib on his 63rd death anniversary.
The AAC, in a statement, hailed the services and sacrifices made by Khwaja Abdul Salaam Dalaal under the banner of Muslim Conference and selfless leadership of Muhajir-e-Millat to the Kashmiri people and termed them as unforgettable.
The statement reads that he spent his entire life in the struggle for the honour and dignity of the people of Kashmir and he struggled for the Kashmir cause till his last breath.
The AAC described his political life and unwavering commitment to the organisation and leadership as an example for contemporary political leaders and activists.
"Special prayers were also offered for the deceased on his death anniversary." (KNS)
