AAC Grieved over Demise of salam-ud-Din Kamili

Srinagar, Mar 6(KNS): Awami Action committee expressed grief over the demise of Peerzada Salam-ud-Din Kamili, PRO to Shaheed-e-Millat Mirwaiz Moulvi Muhammad Farooq. 

In a condolence message issued to news agency-kashmir news service (KNS), AAC  paid rich tribute to Peerzada Salam-ud-Din Kamili for his five-decade-long services and his deep association with the Mirwaiz Family, saying that the deceased stood firm with Shaheed-e-Millat through thick and thin. 


Peerzada Salam-ud-Din Kamili was a pious soul and a person of noble character who assisted Shaheed-e-Millat in his religious, social and political works all through the latters life, the statement said. He was also associated with the monthly publication of Anjuman Nusrtatul Islam for a long time 

AAC and it’s president Dr Moulvi Muhammad Umar Farooq who could not visit the family in their grief due to his continued house detention expressed their condolences and solidarity with the bereaved family especially the deceased's sons Fayaz Ahmad Kamili and Rafaqat Ahmad Kamili. 

It prayed for highest place in Jannat-ul-Firdous to the departed soul and strength to the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss. 

Meanwhile, several members and activists of Awami Action Committee and Anjuman Nusrat-ul-Islam participated in the Namaz-e-Janaazah of the deceased and buried him amid moist eyes.(KNS)
