Srinagar, Mar 21 (KNS): Jammu Kashmir Apni Party (JKAP) leader Syed Showkat Gayoor Andrabi on Saturday cancelled all meetings in Puwama Constituency for a week amid current situation and requested party workers not to attend any meeting from March 22nd onwards.

According to Kashmir News Service (KNS), in view of present circumstances senior political leader S Gayoor has put all party meetings in his constituency under suspension as authorities had imposed strict restrictions on movement of people amid COVID-19 scare.

“I am committed to fight for the rights of every individual of Pulwama and I’m highly thankful to everybody for their love, sincerity, dedication and support they extended to me from time to time”, S Gayoor said.

He added, “I have a terrible pain in my heart for the people of Pulwama and will Insha-Allah work for their betterment which had been a dream of my ‘shaheed father’. (KNS)
