Srinagar, May 14 (KNS): Eight persons were injured in different road accidents in the valley.
In Anantnag, a vehicle bearing registration number JK03E-7595 collided with a Motorcycle at Kehribal crossing in the jurisdiction of Police Station Mattan, resulting in injuries to motorcyclist Pupinder Singh resident of Chattisinghpora. The injured was shifted to hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile, a Motorcycle bearing registration number JK03D-7298 driven by Shahnawaz Ahmed Zargar resident of Ashajipora hit and injured a pedestrian Zaina Begum resident of Mansar at present Khana Badosh at Deesu in the jurisdiction of Police Station Kokernag. The injured was shifted to hospital for treatment.
In another accident, a tractor driven by Rizwan Ahmad Bhat resident of Banderpora hit a motorcycle bearing registration number JK03W-2763 near Bun Banderpora in the jurisdiction of Police Station Bijbehara, resulting in injuries to the motorcyclist Mohammad Shafi Bhat resident of Nowpora Bawoora.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelThe injured was shifted to SKIMS Soura, Srinagar for treatment.
Anantnag police has registered cases in these accidents.
In Sopore, an I-10 vehicle bearing registration number JK05B-2228 driven by Waseem Ahmed War resident of Warpora hit and injured a pedestrian Mohammad Yaseen Mir resident of Kangroosa near Sadpora Crossing. The injured was shifted to SMHS Hospital, Srinagar for treatment. Sopore police has registered a case in this regard.
In Budgam, a Maruti car bearing registration number JK05B-3085 and a Motorcycle bearing registration number MH121Y-8035 collided at Kanihama Bhatpora Crossing in the jurisdiction of Police Station Magam, resulting in injuries to four persons. All the injured were shifted to hospital for treatment. Budgam police has registered a case in this regard. (KNS)
