Srinagar, May 14 (KNS): The aspirants from Kupwara who applied for class-IV posts in the year 2010 in Rural Development Department are up in arms against the authorities for allegedly failing to publish the selection list of the candidates.
The aspirants told KNS that the department publicized the jobs in 2010 but however the selection list is yet to be declared.
The candidates said that they are facing immense hardships due to delay in publicising the final selection list of the candidates. “Most of candidates have crossed the age limits and now they are not eligible to apply for the new advertisement posts,” they said.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
They said that the short list of candidates was published after a long span of time in 2015. “After conducting interview smoothly with all legal formalities, the selection is not published yet,” they said.
Aspirants said that they knocked the doors of higher ups as well as publicized the issue via print and electronic media but despite that nothing has been done in this regard.
The candidates later appealed Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti to look into the matter and redress their genuine demands at earliest. (KNS)
