Bandipora, Jul 01 (KNS): Five passengers were feared dead after a vehicle fell into a deep gorge near Tragbal Gurez area of Bandipora district of Northern Kashmir here on today.
Official sources said that a Tata sumo vehicle, (JK01F-9547) was on its way to Gurez from Kangan when it met with an accident at Tragbal area of Gurez and fell down into a deep gorge.
They were identified as Sajad Ahmad Lone, his wife Rubeena Begum, his son Moin Sajad, his daughter Arjumand Sajad and driver of Tata Sumo Mohammad Iqbal resident of Gurez.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
Sajad Faheem, head of the family who was on the way to home was working as a teacher at a school in Kangan area of central Kashmir district.
A police official said that a case has been registered and further investigations were taken up in this regard. (KNS)
