Srinagar, Dec 03 (KNS): Residents of Watergam Rafiabad area North Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Saturday expressed resentment against Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) for ‘failing to restore internet service in their area from past four days’.
BSNL users said that the broadband internet services has stopped working several a few days back but till now the authorities have failed to restore the services in their area.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
“We approached to the concerned officials in this regard but unfortunately our pleas went into deaf ears,” they told KNS.
The users mostly students told KNS that they are facing tremendous hardships due to the non-availability of internet facilities.
The BSNL broadband users later appealed BSNL authorities to look into the matter and redress their genuine demands at earliest. (KNS)
