Uri, Oct 27 (KNS): Thirty-six employees of NHPC Uri in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district tested Covid-19 positive on Tuesday, officials said.

Talking to Kashmir News Service (KNS), a senior health official told KNS that after taking swab samples of 186 employees working in NHPC Uri, 36 among them tested positive.

He said those came out positive cases have been kept in NHPC Salambad camp for isolation.

“Sampling of employees at NHPC-II Salambad Uri was done through Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) in which 36 employees tested positive”, official told. (KNS)
