2RR Indian Army Organised Free Medical Camp At Gogaldora Tangmarg

Tangmarg September 13:(KNS) 2RR Army Camp Chandil Organised Free Medical Camp For Needy People In Gogaldora Tangmarg Of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Sunday.

As a goodwill gesture and in continuance of its commitment towards welfare of general public, India Army organised a medical camp for the locals at village Gogaldora Tangmarg in remote region of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.

During the camp, COVID-19 kits comprising of face mask, hand sanitiser, and other preventive items were distributed to the locals.This noble initiative of the Army was appreciated by the people, who face extreme difficulties and lack of medical facilities in these remote and difficult to access areas.

Over 120 patients turned up from adjoining areas and availed this health facility. Further strengthen the bonds of friendship between Army and local population.

On talking with Kashmir News Service Locals said that we are highly thankful to 2RR Army Camp Chandil who offered to provide free medicine we people are residing in farflung areas near about 15 kilometres away from Gulmarg Highway due to non availability of health facilities in our area we are not able to go Sub District Hospital Tangmarg in tough days so we are facing lot of hardships related health so we again thankful to India army who provide free medical check up and free medical these types of camps need in coming future then we can not suffer.(KNS)
