Sopore, Jan 11 (KNS): A 26-year-old youth died on the spot after he fell from a moving tractor in Sopore area of Baramulla district on Tuesday evening, officials said here.

An official told Kashmir News Service (KNS), that the youth identified as Sadiq Ahmed Najar son of Khazir Mohammad Najar of Izzat Shah Colony Sopore died on the spot after he fell from a moving tractor near Tarzoo village this evening.

Meanwhile, a police official while confirming the incident said that driver of the tractor has been arrested, while a case in this regard has been registered.

He also said that further investigation into the matter has been taken up. (KNS)
