Bandipora, Feb 07 (KNS): Around 154 illegal appointments have been found in the health department in district Bandipora after DHSK last week cited over 2200 illegal appointments in the department across Kashmir division. 

As per details available with Kashmir News Service (KNS), data submitted by Bandipora, Hajin and Gurez blocks and medical superintendent of DH Bandipora reveals that around 154 illegal appointments have been found in the district.  

The official data reveals that around 61 illegal appointments have been found in Gurez block, 53 in Hajin block, 28 in Bandipora block and 12 in district hospital Bandipora.

After DHSK cited these illegal appointments and asked the concerned chief medical officers of the concerned districts to submit a detailed investigative report regarding the same, the date submitted to CMO Bandipora by concerned blocks and DH Bandipora revealed these fake appointments. 

As per the date of 12 fake appointments made in district hospital Bandipora, one of the appointees has already expired and SRO case has also been settled against the same.  

Notably, on February 03 DHSK had asked all the concerned CMOs to submit detailed investigative report after these fake appointments were cited. (KNS)
