Srinagar, May 09 (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir police on Tuesday said that an incident occurred in the Noorbagh area of Srinagar, involving a 14-year-old boy who attempted self-immolation due to a romantic issue.
In tweet Srinagar police said that "One Juvenile( identity hidden) aged 14 years of Rakh colony Noorbagh tried to self immolate himself, over some romantic relationship issue".
The police said that he was rushed to SMHS hospital by responsible citizens. "He has sustained minor burn injuries & is stable. Cognisance by safakadal PS taken,".(KNS)
