Baramulla, July 15:(KNS) One person killed while four other were injured in a tragic road accident in border town of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Thursday.

An official told Kashmir News service (KNS), that a car (S Presso) bearing registration numberJK05J-3012 skidded off the road, resulting in injuries to five persons at Zamoorpatan.

SDPO Uri told to KNS, that a rescue operation was immediately launched and the injured were taken to GMC Baramulla where one of the injured identified as Ismail Tass succumbed to his injuries

The official however said that the identity of the injured persons is being ascertained

Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident and investigation has been taken up. (KNS).
