A resident told to KNS over phone, that the residents of Zari Mohalla, Lal bazaar have been so stricken by water problems that we fail to take precautions for Caronavirus because we need to pay a visit to nearby residents of other colonies for collecting water which disrupts social distancing. Not only that but also we do not have sufficient water to wash our hands after coming home from work to avoid the corona infection. In this pandemic it is important that everyone should have enough water to drink and wash hands frequently.
The other resident from Lal Bazar told to KNS,that the Jal Shakti department is forcing us in the pandemic to collect water from neighboring colonies. No one is paying heed to our cries.
