Charar-i-sharief August 16:9KNS) The chairman Jamaat Aitqaad International, Khawaja Farooq Renzushah While interacting with Mutwali Aala and Honourable member of Supreme council of Sajadah Nisheen khankahyat of JAI as well as Dr. Mohtishim Tabish president JKI , has emphasised for Restoration of all spiritual centres, abodes, Dargaha's and holy shrines simultaneously with proper SOP. He appreciated recent decision of UT administration to open all holy Sufi shrines but Renzushah was intimated at 4 PM , today that so far no such decision has been communicated either to jamaat Aitqaad or to Mutwali Aala, haji Younis & Mirwaiz Ameer ud Din of holy shrine.
Renzushah was reminded by all devotees that how after burning of holy shrine in 1995 ,same khankah panah was ensured to be rebuilt by him with 12 years of gap . Renzushah recalled that he personally offered Eid Nimaz along 50 k devotees in khankah in 2007 . However at present situation does not demand that huge rush of devotees should assemble at one time. Therefore well thought mechanism is required to be made immediately so that like other shrines this shrine is also opened.
He said Charar-i-sharief has its own historic value and unfurling of Aalam sharief (Sufi Aitqaad flag) during such epidemics, is imperative. Similarly Sufi Aitqaad flags are unfurled in all 7777 abodes of our Great Awaliyas and Buzzrgan Deen who are Hayaat (Live) and true spiritual leaders of people of Kashmir for last 700 years.
He said Jamaat Aitqaad, as well as all Sufi Aitqaad holy shrines and devotees fully honoured Government protocol and closed doors of our great shrines. However now when Government of its own has decided to open these spiritual places there should be clear directions how people will assemble there and what should be the number of Devotees at particular time.
Renzushah made it clear again that decision of imposing Black Waqaf Act 20004 was biggest conspiracy to crush Sufi Aitqaad in kashmir for the reason best known to such local politicians who were architect of such anti Awaliya Bill in 2004 in local Assembly . It is big Mystery why 2004 Assembly without realising disastrous consequences of this Black Act to enslave specific major Holy Sufi Aitqaad shrines under Government Custody was unnecessary promulgated only in jk targeting kashmir . All other institutions were not only exempted but allowed to work independently with full political patronages.
He said that with some unknown radical agenda I mind the behind curtain architect of Waqaf Act succeeded in Retarading independent growth of such Holy shrines of last 700 years in kashmir. If this Act would not have been forced in 2004 each Holy shrine of Awaliya in kashmir whould have created their own independent Aitqaad universities and chain of colleges ,medical and Engineering collages under spiritual shadow of Awaliya of holy shrine .Local shrines could with their own inclusive management and participation of local people could in present epidemic crises help people in distress and even support private education institutions of Aitqaad though to protect them from complete collapse .
Their are no two opinions of the piercing truth that illegal taking over of only Sufi institutions under state control in 2004 was game plan to finish Aitqaad ideology for ever.
He complimented respective powerless,mangement less local Sajadah Nisheens and Mutwalies that for love of their Awaliyas they never surrendered and at cost of their lives protected respective holy shrines.He said that Sajadah Nisheen of holy Dastageer Sahib Khanyar jenab Syed khalid Geelani another Honoured member of Supreme council of Sajadah Nisheens,created spiritual history when he jumped in blazing fire to protect holy relics of Gausul pak Peer Dastageer RA.Waqaf board of that time should have wouded up for such failure due to Waqaf intentions evident from its history right from its inception.
Renzushah,Chairman JAI said that time has come to abolish Waqaf Act for independent growth of Aitqaad with inclusive and composite participation of people of area and local Awaqaf Councils. He said True Aitqaad word is Awaqaaf and Waqaf is Hebrew word which devalues Spiritual spectrum and dimension of thoughts of 7777 Great Awaliyas of last 700 years
Renzushah, chairman Jamaat Aitqaad said that with opening of each Sufi dargah proper time schedule, calendar and area wise district wise list be formulated by local management and jamaat Aitqaad who will fix the time for Deedar of Roza sharief in all Sufi shrines and Moi e Muqadas at Hazratbal Dargah. This is possible only by involvement of devotees, local management, jamaat Aitqaad Nigraans and full cooperation of District administration. Jamaat Aitqaad media will publicise schedule of each Dargah under proper SOP. If opening is left to confusion it will be Disaster. Therefore without wasting time Schedule of Deedar in each khankah be made public and people come as per schedule.
Jamaat Aitqaad international appeals UT administration to take this matter seriously as all other institutions exempted under 2004 Black Waqaf Act do assemble as per their own choices and wishes but confusion prevails only with respect to Holy Aitqaad abodes.
He further said that every devotee chant 99,names of Allah while visiting holy Shrine therefore special Mike systems for collective recitation of Asma Hassna 99 names of Allah after maintaining social distancing is required to be ensured. In absence of such well planned mechanism there will be confusion and result will be rather than working hard these Sufi shrines will be kept closed under garb of black Waqaf Act 2004 which should be abolished forthwith.
