Jammu, May 30(KNS):26-year-old Deepak Kumar from Udhampur was fatally shot by terrorists in Anantnag last night was a sole breadwinner, supported his family comprising of young children, a blind brother, and an ailing father.

Deepak, who worked at a private circus in Anantnag, had ventured out to a nearby market to purchase milk when two terrorists on a motorcycle targeted him from close range. The sudden attack claimed his life, leaving behind a shattered family.

Deepak Kumar, the sole breadwinner, supported his family comprising of young children, a blind brother, and an ailing father. His untimely demise has plunged them into immense hardship and grief, besides  leaving friends and neighbors mourning the loss of a promising young man.

Meanwhile, police have launched an investigation into the incident, striving to bring the perpetrators to justice. "The police are working diligently to identify the terrorists and they will be killed very soon," an official said.

Meanwhile local residents have demanded swift action and enhanced security measures to prevent such tragic incidents in the future.(KNS).
