Handwara,Dec 3 (KNS): A tractor driver and his co-driver were injured in a road accident in watayen area of Chogal in North Kashmir's Handwara town on Thursday evening.

Reports reaching to Kashmir News service said that the duo were injured after Tripper (JK15 2006) and Tractor (JK09 5902) collided with each other resulting the injuries to duo.

The injured persons has been identified as Shakir Ahmad Dar Son of Fayaz Ahmad and Ishfaq Ahmad Dar Son Bashir Ahmad both resident of Waskura Handwara.

Soon after the incident the duo was shifted to PHC chogal for treatment and their condition is said to be stable

Meanwhile, a police officer also confirmed the accident to KNS and said two persons were injured in the mishap, he however said investigation in this regard has been taken up (KNS)
