Handwara, Feb. 8 (KNS): Five people, including three children, died due to suffocation in the Kralpora area of North Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Wednesday.
An official said that early this morning they received a call from Spot, and while reaching the spot, they found three children among five non-locals dead. "It seems that the trio has died of suffocation," he said.
the deaths of family members said that it may be a possible case of suffocation.
Among the deceased include Majid Ansari (35) son of Ahmad Hussain, his wife Sohana Khatoon (30), their children Faizan Ansari (4), Abu Zar (3) and a few days old infant.
Block medical officer (BMO) Kralpora Dr Mir Shafiq also confirmed the incident to KNS and said that he along with medical are on spot. Dead bodies are being shifted to hospital for legal medical formalities.(KNS).
