Srinagar Jan 13 (KNS): District Congress committee Srinagar has expressed serious concern over the increase in Electricity fee despite poor supply making it unbearable for the poor consumers to pay .
Srinagar District Congress Committee President Imtiyaz khan termed it s great injustice to poor people who have the income of only one thousand while as Bill of electricity runs upto one thousand and five hundred.People are compelled to pay such huge fee.
On the other hand Government is claiming to provide great relief to senior citizens.The hike in fee is back breaking for the people .
Khan demanded the roll back of electric fee to ensure respite to consumers.(KNS)
