Sopore, July 28 (KNS): Sopore police on Tuesday said that It had solved a burglary case and have recovered the stolen property and arrested the accused the persons.
According to statement issued to KNS reads, Police Station Sopore received a written complaint from one Ishfaq Ahmad Shah Son of Ab satar Shah Resident of Noorbagh Sopore stating there in that his workshop located at 6- way Nowpora has been damaged particularly main gate and various items including tyres, batteries and other equipments have been stolen by some unknown burglars, upon receiving this information a case FIR No. 201/2020 U/S 457, 380 was registered in Police Station Sopore and manhunt was launched to nab the culprits, various places were raided and suspects were taken into custody, during sustained interrogation one person namely Mohammad Rufsana S/O Sadiq Ali R/O Zakir Wali Bari West Bengal confessed the commission of crime and on his disclosure stolen property has been recovered, it is pertinent to mention here that Sopore Police have worked out almost all theft/ Burglary cases which hailed largerly by the traders fraternity, it said (KNS)
