Srinagar, Feb 18 KNS: SMC Commissioner Gazanfar Ali today visited KNS market Saraibala Srinagar to take stock of sanitation and other facilities.
During his visit, he interacted with shopkeepers and other residents of the area who sought his intervention to throw open a toilet facility. He on the spot directed for the same.
He also asked the officials to ensure proper sanitation in the area and also urged shopkeepers to use designated segregated dustbins for waste disposal.
People of the area hailed the initiative of the SMC commissioner.
