Seerat Conference held at Kishtwar by Al Hilal School

Kishtwar Oct 1 (KNS):  A seerat conference was held at Al Hilal Education Institute Kishtwar on Saturday which was attended by students and respected citizens of Kishtwar and other districts including  Imam Markazi Jamia Masjid  Kishtwar and Ameer Majlis Shoora, Moulana Farooq Ahmed Kichloo , Partron J&K Yateem Foundation  Syed Abdul Hamid, Principal AL Hilal School Kishtwar Mohammed Iqbal Kelam, Chairman Al Hilal Educational Institute Javed Iqbal Kripak and others.


The Seerat Conference served as a platform for religious leaders, local civil society and people associated with various social and religious organisations from various districts of J&K.

“The speakers and students threw light on the life and teachings of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). It provided an opportunity for participants to deepen their understanding of Islamic values and principles, fostering unity and

mutual respect among the diverse communities in the region” said Mohammad Iqbal Kelam Principal of Al Hilal School Kishtwar.

The event featured insightful lectures by Moulana Farooq Ahmed Kichloo sahib, Tariq Jameel sahib of Pulwama,  students of Al-Hilal Educational Kishtwar and others. Touseef Ali Malik and Abu Syed recited naats and read verses from the Quran that shed light on the exemplary life of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and his teachings of compassion, tolerance, and justice.

The participants engaged in meaningful dialogues on the relevance of these teachings in contemporary society and how they can contribute to promoting peace and harmony in the region. The presence of the Imam of Jamia Masjid Kishtwar and the patron of Jammu & Kashmir Yateem

Foundation, Kashmir, added a sense of spiritual significance to the conference.(KNS)
