Srinagar, March 31 (KNS): Scores of prominent socio-political activists from diverse ideologies, representing Nowgam "A" and Mawer areas within Langate Constituency of Kupwara district, joined the Peoples Conference today.
The enthusiastic newcomers were warmly received by DDC Chairman Kupwara and Constituency Head Langate, Irfan Panditpuri, symbolizing a united step towards a common vision for progress and prosperity of the people.
Among those present at the event were Block President Mohammad Shafi Mir, PC Senior stalwart Abdul Ahad Qureshi, Mohammad Akbar Sheikh, Abdul Rashid Bhat, Bashir Ahmad Ganie, Khan Arif, Vice Block President Mohd Qalandar Khan and other esteemed members.
