Srinagar, Aug 4th (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir Minister for Education and Social Welfare, Sakina Itoo, along with Salman Ali Sagar, on Tuesday attended the launch of the Cambridge Phonics & Handwriting Programme in Srinagar as the chief guest.
