Srinagar July 12 (KNS): J&K Peoples Conference President Sajad Gani Lone today condemned the millitant attack on police personnel in Srinagar in which ASI Mushtaq Ahmed lost his life and two others were injured.
"Yet again terror on the prowl. Distressing news of fatality of a brave police officer. My heartfelt sympathies with the family of the deceased. Praying for swift revovery of the injured police personnel", PC President said in a statement.
Meanwhile J&K Peoples Conference also condemned the millitant attack in strongest of terms.
"Unequivocally condemn the attack on police personnel in Srinagar. We extend our deepest sympathies and unwavering support to the family of ASI Mushtaq Ahmad who lost his life in the incident. In this hour of grief, we pray for the strength to the bereaved family and pray for peace to his soul. We also pray for swift recovery of two police personnel inured in the attack", PC said in a statement issued on the incident.(KNS)
