Rafiq Ahmad Assumes Charge as CEO Bandipora

 Bandipora, June 16 (KNS): Senior education officer Rafiq Ahmad on Tuesday assumed charge as the Chief Education Officer (CEO) Bandipora following his transfer from the post of Deputy Chief Education Officer (DyCEO), Handwara.

 
A formal joining ceremony was held at the Chief Education Office in Bandipora, where he was welcomed by education department officials, teachers, representatives of civil society and members of various employees' associations.
 
Officials said the gathering expressed hope that Ahmad's experience in the education sector would contribute to strengthening educational standards and addressing key challenges facing schools in the district.
 
Soon after assuming office, Ahmad interacted with officials and staff members and reviewed the functioning of the department. He stressed the need for collective efforts to improve the quality of education and ensure better academic outcomes for students.
 
"I am grateful to the administration for entrusting me with this responsibility. Representatives of teachers' associations and civil society members congratulated Ahmad on assuming charge and assured him of their cooperation in efforts aimed at improving the educational environment in the district.
 
Ahmad has served in various capacities in the education department and is regarded as an experienced administrator with extensive field experience.
 
Officials said they were hopeful that under his leadership, the education department in Bandipora would continue its efforts towards enhancing academic standards and ensuring better facilities for students across the district.(KNS).
