Srinagar | Feb, 24(KNS): Former Union Minister and Congress leader Prof. Saifuddin Soz on Saturday extended his warm greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the auspicious occasion of Shab-e-Barat.

 

In a statement issued here, Prof. Soz said, “I extend warm wishes and greetings to the people, particularly the Muslims of Jammu and Kashmir, on the auspicious occasion of Shab-e-Barat, which has a great significance in the history of Islam and for Muslims.”

 

 “This sacred night provides us with an opportunity to seek forgiveness and blessings from the Almighty Allah. I request everyone to pray for the peace and tranquility of this land on this pious occasion" Soz added.(KNS)
