Uri , Sept 18 (KNS): Uri Police on Friday launched traffic awareness drive in the town and appealed people to follow traffic rules in letter and spirit to get saved from any kind of loss of life or property.
According to KNS correspondent, the awareness drive which was headed by SDPO Uri Junaid Wali, urged people in general to obey traffic rules. He appealed people to use helmet while riding motorcycles and ensure all documents updated along while driving.
SDPO Uri said people often were seen using mobile phones while driving which lead to loss of life and property.
He urged people to follow traffic rules and any violation in this regard will invite strict action. (KNS)
