Srinagar June 06(KNS): As a part of Civic Action Programme, Police in Sopore have distributed school kits among the needy students at Dak Bungalow Sopore.

On the occasion, SDPO Sopore Shri Raies Ahmad-JKPS, SHO Police Station Sopore, IC PP Bus Stand, IC PP Fruit Mandi and IC PP Warpora were present.

While interacting with the students, Sopore Police assured them of all possible support in future as well and advised the students to concentrate in their studies and also take part in extracurricular activities.

General public hailed the efforts of Sopore Police for helping such needy students. At the end of the event, community members expressed their gratitude for the support provided by the department.(KNS)
