Srinagar, 07 Jun(KNS): The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference Vice President Omar Abdullah on Wednesday met scores of public and individual delegations at the party headquarters Nawa –e- Subah, Srinagar. 

 
The visiting delegations apprised the party VP about the ongoing party activities and prevailing political situation in their respective areas. Issues of public concern also figured in the meeting. 
 
Exhorting the workers and functionaries, Omar directed them to focus on various party programmes launched by it to take the party agenda  to every nook and corner of J&K. Stressing on a robust feedback and redressal mechanism, Party VP directed the functionaries to take note of the inputs from grass root level workers, saying the measure will go a long way in preparing a robust response towards the challenges ahead. Omar urged the party leaders and workers to intensify their political activities and public outreach programs to remain connected with the people at grassroot level. 
 
General Secretary Ali Muhammad Sagar, Additional General Secretary Dr. Sheikh Mustafa Kamal, Provincial President Nasir Aslam Wani, Party Treasurer Shammi Oberoi, Provincial President Nasir Aslam Wani, Chief Spokesperson Tanvir Sadiq were also present on the occasion. Those who called on the VP include: Nazir Ahmed Khan Gurezi, Ali Muhammad Dar, Peer Afaq, State Spokesperson Imran Nabi Dar, Provincial VPs Ahsan Pardesi, Syed Tauqeer Ahmed, Dr. Muhammad Shafi.(KNS).
