No development in J&K since abrogation of Article 370: Apni Party's Usman Majid

Srinagar, Aug 05(KNS) : On the second anniversary of the abrogation of Article 370, Former Minister and Jammu Kashmir Apni Party Vice President Usman Majid Wednesday said that apart from declining stone-pelting, Jammu and Kashmir has not seen anything positive since abrogation of 370, even no progress has been made so far. 

While addressing a press conference here at party office Bandipora, the Vice President apni party Usman Majid said that all the promises made by the government to the people of Kashmir have not been fulfilled yet. "People's business has been affected, there is no question of jobs, " he said. 

"Engagement of youth which was very important, but it  too is not visible and political process has not yet been restored in in Jammu and Kashmir. Due to Delimtation process, two years have been wasted, " he said. 

Majid futher said that no good system has been established here which became the cause of bribery. People are away from the government, this is also a reason. Majid said that the democracy is the answer to everything. 

"People are facing problems every day while new laws are coming with each passing day and the suffering of the people is increasing, 
which makes it clear that we are not moving forward for the last two years, " he said. 

On CID's new move in Kashmir about 'security clearance's ,  he said that when the government is claiming that they have created a Naya Kashmir and changed the system here so we have to leave the all old things. "If anyone is being found involved in stone pelting  for the first time, I think he should be counseled, " he said. (KNS).
