Need to adopt a joint code of conduct on residential law and delimitation commission: Hakim Yaseen


Srinagar, May 31 (KNS):Hakeem Yasin, Chairman, People's Democratic Front, has urged the influential political and social associations of Jammu and Kashmir to take a stand on the present and future of the Central Government. Establish a joint platform to seriously assess the potential impact of the new residence law and delimitation commission enacted in the state so that a joint action plan can be adopted on these important issues of public importance. He said that there was an urgent need to take a united stand on the aforesaid central measures which would be in the best interest of the state and the Pashtun people here.

In view of the sensitivities, all political and social parties should unite and adopt a common course of action which is in the best interests of the people of the state. He said that thanks to the new residence law and delimitation commission, Jammu and Kashmir Considering all the possible implications and changes in the socio-political fabric of Kashmir, a common strategy needs to be adopted instead of commenting separately on the issue and making statements. He said that care should be taken to ensure that the above Due to the law, the employment of the youth of Jammu and Kashmir and the majority role of the state should not be adversely affected. He said that the secular role of Jammu and Kashmir should be respected in all circumstances and local employment All resources should be reserved for the youth here. Hakeem Yaseen said that there was a need to ensure that the demarcation of Jammu and Kashmir did not lead to any change in the majority role and instability in the political landscape. He said that care should be taken that the political, social and economic interests of the people of different regions of the state were not harmed in any way due to the new delimitation commission.
