Srinagar,September 11:(KNS) A commemorative function marked by Fateh Khwani and floral tributes was held at the graveyard of former MOS Home and Senior Party Leader Shaheed Mushtaq Ahmed Lone at Sogam in Kupwara. Scores of Party workers, office bearers and functionaries participated in the Fateh Khawani.
Those who were present on the occasion paid tributes to Shaheed Mushtaq Ahmed Lone sahib and remembered his contribution towards the socio-political emancipation of the poor and downtrodden in North Kashmir. Meanwhile Party General Secretary Haji Ali Muhammad Sagar, Additional General Secretary Dr Sheikh Mustufa Kamal, Provincial President Nasir Aslam Wani, Chaudhary Muhammad Ramzan, Member of Parliament from Baramulla Muhammad Akbar Lone, north zone vice President Dr. Sajad Shafi Uri, Senior leaders Mir Saifullah, Qaisar Jamsheed Lone, Spokesperson Imran Nabi Dar, Provincial secretary Showkat Ahmed Mir have also paid glowing tributes to the late leader. The party spokesperson denounced the move of the administration of not allowing District President Kupwara Qaisar Jamsheed Lone from offering Fateha at the graveyard of the late leader.(KNS)
