Srinagar, June 15 (KNS): Mirwaiz-e-Kashmir Dr. Moulvi Muhammad Umar Farooq has expressed deep grief over the demise of Abdul Sattar Rehmani of Kanitaar, Umar Colony, Lal Bazar, a long-time well-wisher of the Mirwaiz family and a dedicated social and political activist.
Paying tribute to the deceased, the Mirwaiz described him as a sincere and socially conscious individual who remained closely connected with the people and their concerns. He recalled his association with Shaheed-e-Millat Mirwaiz Moulvi Muhammad Farooq (RA) and his commitment to the party and public welfare.
The Mirwaiz today visited the bereaved family and conveyed his condolences to the deceased’s wife and sons, Sajjad Ahmad Rehmani and Shafaat Rehmani, as well as other family members and associates.

Mirwaiz has also expressed condolences on the demise of the wife of late Ghulam Hassan Shalla of Wahab Sahib, near Jamia Masjid. He conveyed his sympathies to her sons, Khurshid Ahmad Shalla and Manzoor Ahmad Shalla, and prayed for the departed soul. (KNS)
