Srinagar, Oct 15 (KNS): Militant who was killed in an encounter in Bemina area of Srinagar on Friday evening was involved in the killing of police sub-inspector Arshid, Inspector general of police Kashmir zone said here.

Earlier, encounter broke out between militants and security forces in Bemina area of Srinagar.
