Srinagar December 30 (KNS): Mehboob Beg, the General Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir People's Democratic Party (JKPDP), has strongly condemned the barriers imposed on the former Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti, preventing her from reaching out to the families of the Poonch victims.
