The Mobile / seasonal centers should be converted into permanent mobile primary schools especially for the Gujjar and Bakerwal community for the upliftment and up gradation of the sect. which is the fundamental right of every single citizen of india as the children of ST category have been deprived from the basic facility i.e education.
Rules should be implemented for the regularization of employee who are working in Education Department for past more than 15 years as most of the youth are at the verge of over age bar and few of them expired, thus they have no objection except to be regularized and a regularization policy should be framed and executed i.e regularize seasonal Ev to permanent teachers.
