Budgam, Dec 19 (KNS): A labourer was killed on spot while driver sustained injures as the Tractor overturned in Central Kashmir Budgam District in Monday Morning.
An official told the Kashmir News Service (KNS), that the accident take place in Malpora area of Tehsil Khag in the district.
He said that the one labourer identified as Afaq Ahmad Gazi of Nursing pora Khag area of the district was died on the spot.
In the incident, the driver was also injured and he was subsequently shifted to SMHS For treatment where his condition is said to be stable.
Meanwhile, police has registered a case under relevant sections of laws(KNS)
