Kulgam, Oct 23 (KNS): A link road in Kandipora, Kulgam, connecting several villages, including Chattabal, Panipora, and Chattabal, to the main town of Kulgam, has been plagued by persistent waterlogging due to the absence of an effective drainage system.
Local residents have voiced their ongoing hardships, with the road often submerged, making access to their homes a daunting challenge.
They stress that even mild rainfall can turn the road into a flood-like situation.
They urged district administration, specifically Dr. Bilal Mohi-ud-din Bhat, the Deputy Commissioner, to address and rectify this concern promptly.(KNS)
