Srinagar, Sep 21 (KNS): Former Director General of Police J&K DGP Kuldeep Khoda today condoled the demise of Mumtaz Afzal who died today.
In his condolence message Khoda said Mumtaz Afzal has been a dear friend and a great human being who contributed a lot for Jammu & Kashmir in various capacities, where he worked.
He also he said he was a pleasant personality who will be long remembered for his social and secular values. May Almighty grant eternal peace to his soul.
He has prayed for the departed soul and has expressed sympathies with his family and friends for this irreparable loss (KNS)
